Counselling is a process that involves talking with a trained professional about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can help you manage and overcome mental health conditions, improve your relationships, and find solutions to problems in your life. Counselling is typically conducted in a safe and confidential setting, and can be helpful for anyone who is struggling with mental health issues, relationship problems, or other challenges in their lives.

To get started with counselling, you can either call our clinic or visit our website to make an appointment. Our team will help you to schedule an initial consultation with one of our trained counsellors. The length of counselling can vary depending on your needs and goals, and your counsellor will work with you to determine the best course of treatment for your individual needs. Am I guaranteed to get what I'm looking for?

Your counsellor is not a magician who can cast a spell over you giving you what you desire. We have no direct control over you, and we can't make you do anything. If a person is a willing participant, open, ready to learn, applies the skills they have learned and uses the tools they have been equipped with, a good therapeutic outcome is very likely. We find most people have a genuine willingness to do what needs to be done in order to escape their unwanted psychological and emotional experiences.

Can you make my partner see they have a problem and get them to do what I want?

No. Unfortunately sometimes people attend marriage and relationship counselling with the intent on weaponising the counsellor as a tool to try and convince their partner that they are right, their partner is wrong, that their partner is the only one with a problem, and that the partner is the only one at fault, with no real intention of restoring their marriage or relationship. There are also times where a person might use something the counsellor has said in a counselling session twisting the counsellors words to attack and hurt their partner in a conflict situation later when back at home. If this is your intent, please do not book in with us. We prefer to work with sincere, genuine people who are willing to do what needs to be done in order to achieve the healthiest possible relationship.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made via Credit/Debit card, Cash or Direct Deposit.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

No problem! Please call us and we will find another time slot that works for you. If less than 48 business hours notice is given or a client does not attend a previously booked appointment without notifying us the full fee will still be payable.

What types of therapies are used?

We apply a combination of therapies best suited to the individual. Each person is unique individual with their own unique experiences of life, we don’t apply a one stop, cookie cutter approach to every person. Counselling is always tailored specifically to the individual to ensure the best therapeutic outcome.

Are your counsellors experienced?

Yes. We ensure that you are receiving the best care. Our counsellors are fully qualified and have a minimum 3 years active counselling experience.
